What material are our planter made of?
Our planter from high-quality Fiberstone and Ficonstone. Both materials are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Fiberstone is robust and surprisingly lightweight. This strong material consists of 58% finely ground stone and fiberglass.
Ficonstone is slightly heavier and is a mixture of glass fiber, cement, sand, and ground stone. This gives the pots a beautiful, natural stone-like texture.
How do I fill my planter optimal growth?
We recommend a 3-layer structure:
- Drainage: Fill 10–15% of the pot with expanded clay (regulates water).
- Base: Fill with potting soil until the plant reaches the desired height.
- Finishing: Place the plant in the center, fill with soil, and water well.
Are the containers waterproof for indoor use?
For indoor use, we strongly recommend a plastic inner liner. This will ensure that the container remains watertight and your floor is protected. You can find the right size in the product description under "Specifications."
What do I need to consider when installing outdoors?
To allow rainwater to drain away, there should be a hole (8–10 mm) in the bottom (already integrated in the Plant+Pot collection). Place the container on feet to ensure drainage and protect the material from frost damage.
Are the containers winterproof and UV-resistant?
Yes! Our containers are UV-stabilized (colorfast in sunlight) and frost-resistant. Important in winter: The container must stand on feet so that air can circulate underneath and water does not freeze on the ground.
Is there a warranty on the products?
Yes, we are confident in the quality of our products and offer a 5-year warranty on our planters and artificial plants.

We deliver free of charge to LU, BE, NL, DE, and AT for orders over €100. We deliver to FR for €9.99.
Are our Plant+Pot sets delivered fully planted?
To ensure that your new designer pot and delicate plant arrive safely, we ship the components separately. Thanks to the included substrate and expanded clay in just the right quantities, your set will be ready to plant in no time.
Special feature in Luxembourg: We offer our exclusive planting service within Luxembourg. We deliver your selection, already planted, directly to your balcony or terrace. Simply select the "planting service" online at checkout/shipping.
Shall we plant the planter ?
In Luxembourg, we are planter happy to deliver and plant the planter on site as desired. Whether indoors or outdoors. We always leave the premises clean.
What are our delivery times?
We usually deliver your planter to your home planter 3-4 business days. We deliver the Plant+Pot sets within 7-10 business days. This is because we always want to deliver fresh plants to you.

- We offer free travel within a certain radius. For longer distances, a small travel fee applies. This fee will be calculated in your shopping cart once you enter your address (Please note: enter your postcode).
- Our service packages are offered within a 70 km radius of our location in Luxembourg (Reckange/Mess). If your project requires a different solution, simply contact us and we will certainly find a solution.
When will we come to you after you make your booking?
After booking, we will contact you to arrange an appointment. This will depend on your availability and the weather conditions. Of course, it makes no sense to scarify and reseed in the middle of summer. In this case, we will arrange an appointment for the fall.
